The pathway to Mastery

So excited to be on a pathway to Mastery!

4 local stylists will join me (weekly) over the  next 6 months, as we will study the Designer Program.  The stylists’ experience and skill level ranges from 0 to over 30 years experience.

I am already learning so much diving into the fundamentals of design. I may be the teacher, but I am also the student. As this is the first time in my career that I am teaching a total novice!! Wow… amazing!!

I love that Cindy (with over 30 years experience) already sees a difference with her salon work and great reviews from her clients.  She is amazed that her speed in blow drying and finishing skills has increased, as she gets the result first time. She now avoids pointless fiddling.  That’s the power of great technique.

In this video, we welcome DeLayne LaBove, HDTV Ambassador. I review some important styling tips for a sleek blow dry.

Please join me on this journey – For HAIRDESIGNERTV MEMBERS, GO TO TRAIN THE TRAINER COURSE  – NEW HIRE – DESIGNER PROGRAM A JOURNEY TO MASTERY.
