Screen Shot 2014-04-16 at 9.00.01 PMHi there my friends,

welcome back to our series which I hope you are enjoying applying and finding value, not only in your professional life but on a personal level.  This law is very close to my heart, my father lead his business and personal  life with such a high level of integrity.  His word was his honour when he shook hands on a business deal it was written in stone. He did not need lawyers and all the nonsense we deal with today my Dad Lived by the Law of Solid Ground.

The fundamentals of living on solid ground, one quality is lower stress and less sleepless nights!

•We build trust by consistently exemplifying competence, connection and character.
•Character makes trust possible and trust makes leadership possible.
•That is the Law of Solid Ground

The importance of Solid Ground – winning trust and credibility –  We stylists and colorists are leaders, as we do have a following its called our clientele. But who would want to go to a stylist or colorist who lives on ‘quick sand’? You feel unsafe and vulnerable in their care, not sure which way their mood will swing or how your hair will turn out?  Verses a stylist  with strong and consistent skills, and by the way no ‘mood swings’ and yes they do live on ‘solid ground’.  I vote for ‘Solid ground’.  Check out yours and your teams foundation today!!  Are there any cracks?

Please share this series and add value to others today.

Best wishes
