21 Laws of leadership – your Legacy

Hi there my friends,

So we have reached our final in the 21 laws of leadership –  I hope you have found inspiration in this series. I am thankful to my teacher John Maxwell, and as he always  reminded me the hardest person to lead is usually ourselves, which I have found so true. How we lead our life determines our future.

As you can tell I have taken this training to heart and I feel that if more salons had strong leadership we would not see as many business struggling today.  It is true everything rises and falls on leadership.  Even for you young stylists please view yourself as a leader, your clientele should be following your influence and guidance.

I hope that if people reflect on my life and career, they will say that I added value,  that I strived to do beautiful original work, and that I was a true artist. My life has been devoted to the pursuit of creativity, wisdom and love, all of which I love to share.  I also know that my success to this point is due to my inner circle, I could not do any of this without my team.
