HOW TO RECREATE –
FOR MORE LESSONS CHECK OUT MY CLASSES FOR 2016 AND ON LINE COURSES @ HairDesignerTv.com
Step 1 – Back comb top section “stack and pack method at root”
Step 2 – “Mesh back comb” the top length of the hair, and tie into pony tail just above the occipital bone
This side shot shows the sectioned pony tail and the beautiful arch of the backcombing
Step 3 – Brush the hair behind the ear into the back of neck, gently tease using consistent strokes “meshing technique” to unite the hair with out building bulk.
Step 4 – Roll the hair around in a circle and pin at the base using bobby pin’
Step 5 – Using elastic thread and plastic needle sew through the structure. Slowing and gently undo the shape, to create the relaxed lived in structure. Study your shape from all angles and use your mirror often to check the balance and proportion. See below more examples of hair sewing from a shoot for Inter Coiffure on location in the beautiful city of Paris.
Please share with your freinds – I look forward to seeing you at one of my events or make a date on line for a course. Best wishes Vivienne Mackinder
